Privacy notice
What happens to the information you send me. Last updated 12 October 2026.
Who this covers
LytechLabs is a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore (UEN 53523530E). This notice explains how personal data sent through www.lytechlabs.com, or to enquiry@lytechlabs.com, is handled under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What I collect and why
- Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the service you pick and your message. I use these only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to scope and deliver the work.
- Technical details: the form also records your IP address and browser type to help filter spam and abuse. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person.
- Website analytics: the site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and visits without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
Where it goes
- Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase and emailed to my inbox through FormSubmit, an email relay service. Both act as data intermediaries on my behalf.
- Email to enquiry@lytechlabs.com is delivered through my domain's email forwarding to my mailbox.
- I do not sell personal data, share it with marketers, or add you to any mailing list.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact so I can follow up on open conversations, unless they turn into a project, in which case related records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as long as business and tax records require.
Cookies
The site itself sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set its own cookie on the contact page to tell people from bots.
Your choices
You can ask me to correct or delete what you have sent, or to tell you what I hold about you, by emailing enquiry@lytechlabs.com. I will reply within one business day and act on reasonable requests promptly. If you prefer not to use the form, you can email me directly instead.
Questions or complaints
Write to enquiry@lytechlabs.com. If you are not satisfied with my response, you can also contact the Personal Data Protection Commission at pdpc.gov.sg.
